When is my box shipped?

We usually ship the boxes between the 7th and 10th of every month directly to your letterbox or your nearest service point. Our cut-off date is the 4th of the month, so if you order after that you will get your first box the next month (to give an example, if you order on the 12th of september you will get your first box in october).

When the box has arrived you will be notified via a letter in your letterbox (in case the box doesn’t fit) from your service point.

We ship all the boxes at the same time, which means you will get your box around the same date every month.

How do I cancel a subscription?

You cancel by simply sending an email to [email protected] Just remember to do so the latest the day before the renewal (the 14th) if you don’t want the next box.

If the subscription isn’t canceled before the 14th it is automatically renewed with the same duration as previously, i.e. a new monthly plan or a new quarterly plan (the only non-renewable option is the 12 month plan). You can cancel your subscription at any time. When your subscription is canceled you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. We don’t accept messages via chat as a way of canceling as we can’t register them in our system.

Is it too late to cancel my next box?

The payment for your subscription is renewed on the 15th of the month. If you want to cancel you can do so between your bill date and the 14th of the next month when you’ll be billed again. We can’t refund payments once they’ve been processed since collecting payments kicks off our packing and shipping process.

Can I order a Vegobox subscription as a gift?

Yes, you can absolutely gift a subscription! Just make sure to add their name, address and phone number but your own e-mail address so that you get the confirmation order and not them.

Does shipping cost extra?

No, shipping is included to anywhere in Europe!

I can’t pick up my box at the service point

We always recommend the customer to collect the box at their service point as soon as possible. Since every country handles these differently, we are not responsible for what happens if you leave your box at the service point for too long.

I’ve moved, how do I change my address?

Contact us at [email protected] and tell us your new address so we can update it in our system and send the boxes to the new address. Unfortunately it’s not possible to change the address of a box that has already been shipped.

Do you offer customer service in any language?

We currently offer customer service in English and Swedish.
