TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This site is owned by Hejpack AB, org. No. 559098-7979, ("Vegobox"). These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the purchase agreement that you conclude with Vegobox as a consumer. In order to take advantage of your interests as a customer, the provisions of the Consumer Buying Act (SFS 1990: 932), the Distance and Home Sales Act (SFS 2005: 59), and the Personal Data Act (SFS 1998: 204) apply to all purchases at Vegobox.com.
Prices and fees
1.1 The prices quoted on Vegobox.com are inclusive of VAT (VAT). Prices include shipping within Sweden. Special charges may apply for invoice packages, packages ordered against Postage / Demand and for unpaid packages. The subscription price usually consists of a recurring periodic fee (such as a monthly fee, quarterly or semi-annual fee).
Termination and automatic renewal
2.1 Both you and we may choose to terminate a monthly, 3 or 6 month subscription before the end of the subscription period in question, without giving any reasons. If the subscription is not canceled before the 15th of the month prior to send-off it is automatically renewed with the same duration as before, ie. a new subscription period of monthly, 3, or 6 months. Ongoing subscriptions can be terminated at any time with one month's notice period.
2.2 You cancel the subscription on your account. Once you’ve canceled you will receive a confirmation sent to your email address. Your subscription must be canceled by the 14th if you do not want the next month’s box (if you place your first monthly order between the 8th and 16th of the month, the box will be sent immediately and the subscription will be renewed 10 days later for the next mailing so that you do not miss the next box, after that the subscription will renew on the 15th of each month).
Through the Subscription, you agree to pay the periodic fee up to the termination of the Subscription. Non-payment is not the same as cancellation of subscription.
2.3 The first periodic fee will be paid right way upon signing up for the subscription and will after that renew on the 15th of every calendar month or every three months or every six months depending on the subscription you selected. If the subscription is not terminated within the agreed time, it will be extended with the same duration, ie an additional 1, 3 or 6 months.
2.4 If you do not cancel the subscription in accordance with 2.2, the subscription will automatically be extended to the current current subscription price (excluding any discounts).
Establishment of purchase agreement
3.1 Vegobox goods are ordered via vegobox.com. Purchase Agreement is established when your order has been confirmed by e-mail to the e-mail address you entered when ordering. By the order you accept these Terms. You can apply for Subscription only if you are at least 18 years old.
4.1 Vegobox is SSL certified, making it easy and safe to order our products. You pay with your debit / credit card.
4.2 Payment must be made by credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal. You acknowledge that we will charge the periodic charges from your credit, debit card or PayPal account without further approval until you change your payment method and / or update your payment information through your account on the Site.
5.1 Card payment can be made with Visa & MasterCard. Card number, card validity, CVC code and for some cards, also the 3D Secure code must be entered. For card payment, Vegobox uses encryption to ensure the security of card purchases.
6.1 After you have signed up for a subscription, a Box will be delivered once every calendar month. Depending on when your application for Subscription was received during the calendar month, the first Product will be delivered during the same calendar month or the next (see section 6.3).
6.2 Vegobox.com uses a shipping service where the goods are sent to the mailbox or nearest post office/depot (if the box does not fit in the mailbox). When the package is available for pickup, a letter should arrive in your letterbox.
6.3 Vegobox administers and sends the packages between the 5th and 10th of each month (if you place your first monthly order between the 8th and 16th of the month, the box will be sent immediately and the subscription renewed 10 days later for the next delivery then that you do not miss the next box, read more about this at 2.2). If a shipment is delayed, you will be contacted by Customer Service. Of course, you also always have the right to cancel the purchase. This encompasses cases where Vegobox failed to administer the product on time, but not in cases where third party, Postnord or DHL caused the delay.
6.4 If a box sells out, we reserve the right not to deliver any Box in the current calendar month. In that case, you will not be charged for that month.
6.5 Orders outside of EU might take a little longer to arrive. The buyer is responsible for any fees/taxes/duty that may accrue on the merchandise when it clears Customs and Border Protection.
Unsold Packages / Ships
7.1 Packages not retrieved within fourteen (14) days are returned to Vegobox.com. Packaged that are not collected from the depot are not covered by the right of returns. If your box is delivered to a delivery point, you are responsible for collecting the box and ensuring that Vegobox has correct contact information. If your box is delivered to your mailbox, you are responsible for providing Vegobox with the correct address details so that the box can be delivered. Should you not pick up your box from a delivery point after you have been notified that the box is there and the box is returned to Vegobox for this reason, you must actively contact Vegobox to re-send the box or replace it. The same applies in cases where the box has been returned to us because it failed to be delivered to your mailbox or agent due to you not providing the right address. Should we not hear from you within 60 days of returning to us, you will not get the unpacked box replaced. In such case, the purchase of this specific box is considered to be canceled and you will be liable for the costs incurred due to the fact that the box has not been collected, which is the cost of the box.
8.1 You as a consumer may by law withdraw you within 14 days ("Refusal") from the day you receive the first Box for the current Subscription. If you want to return your item during this time, you will pay for the shipping cost. The right to return is subject to the condition that the goods are kept in a substantially unchanged condition.
9.1 If a product deviates from the terms of the agreement between you and Vegobox or otherwise does not correspond to the description of the product that Vegobox has provided, the product may be returned.
9.2 Only original defects are covered by the right of claim, for example, the right to claim does not include errors caused by normal wear and tear. Complaints to Vegobox shall be made within a reasonable time, but no later than one month. You will be returned to us for the return shipping.
10.1 When you return you are responsible for the product, it is therefore important that the product can not be damaged during transport. The product should be unused and returned in undamaged original packaging. It is important that outer packaging is used and sealed in such a way that the contents do not risk destroying.
10.2 Seal must not be broken, goods with broken seals can not be returned. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. After received and approved return, refund will be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the return by Vegobox. Refund is only made through bank account deposit, not cash.
10.3 To enable a possible return, you need to prove your purchase and Vegobox recommends that you save your order confirmation and payment reference as a receipt for your purchase. For information or assistance, contact Vegobox Customer Service.
11.1 Vegobox is responsible for goods damaged or disposed of during delivery to you. Complaints of transport damage shall be made within a reasonable period, but no later than one month. Therefore, upon receipt of the shipment it is important to check that the goods are not transport damaged. Vegobox recommends that you report a possible transport damage immediately at the location of the delivery agent and then contact the Vegobox customer service.
12.1 In the event of circumstances beyond the control of Vegobox, for example in case of amended legislation, governmental measures, strike, blockade, tampering, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster or similar events, the obligation to fulfill the purchase agreement shall be suspended as long as the circumstances prevail . If such delay exceeds 2 months, both you and Vegobox have the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect without any obligation to pay damages.
14.1 In case of any inventory defects, Vegobox reserves the right to correct this later. If the product has expired or for any other reason is not available, Vegobox is not required to provide the product, but may suggest an alternative product. All image information should be seen as illustrations and can not be guaranteed to reflect the exact appearance and nature of the product.
15.1 By submitting reviews about products on Vegobox, you also give Vegobox the right to publish them online and in other channels and media.
16.1 The content of the site such as text, images, audio files, video files and the manner in which such texts, pictures and files are arranged on the site may be covered by copyright or other intellectual property rights.
No warranties and limitations on liability
16.2 All information (including but not limited to pricing, specifications, and product information is provided for information purposes only and the information is provided in "Existing Condition" without any form of warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information. Information on this website does not constitute any warranties regarding any products or services. Under no circumstances will Vegobox be responsible for any direct, indirect, or special injury or other consequential damages (including but not limited to data loss or other damage caused by computer viruses or information on the site) as a result of the use of information on this site. In addition, Vegobox is under no circumstances responsible for any direct, indirect, or special injury or consequential consequential damage resulting from the use of information on other sites that this site links to, which are not controlled by Vegobox and which are not covered by the ssa "Terms and Conditions." Vegobox does not provide any warranties regarding the accuracy of hypertext links or information on sites to which hypertext links relate. Any hypertext link to any other person or organization shall not be perceived as a Vegobox approval by such person or organization's website, products or services.
By-elections / specifications / features
16.3 Vegobox reserves the right, at any time without notice, and without incurring any liability, to make changes regarding available product range.
17.1 We follow the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board and Swedish law in case of a dispute.

17.3 Allergy information: The products in Vegobox are according to the information we receive from the suppliers of Vegan. On some products it may be that they can "contain trace elements of egg or milk" as they can be produced in plants that handle eggs and milk. However, we follow the recommendations set by the Vegan Society, where the words "contain traces" / "May contain traces" can only be a warning for allergy sufferers.
