Some of you have already received this month’s Vegobox with the tasty raspberry chocolate from Nellie Dellies. You can either eat it as it is, or make this super tasty vegan raspberry ice cream as a treat!
Here is the recipe:
- 2 medium sized bananas, frozen and cut in slices
- ½ cup raspberries
- 3 tbsp coconut milk
- Nellie Dellies bar
- Optional: Agave to taste for additional sweetener
- Add all ingredients but the chocolate into a heavy duty blender or food processor and grind until smooth.
- Finely chop the chocolate and add 3/4 to the ice cream and blend. Serve in bowls and sprinkle the remaining chocolate on top. Enjoy!
